If you are able to  trim the plane for 60-70 miles = approach speed, nothing is 
wrong with her.A little nose down trim is needed to adjust for baggage or other 
rear of CG loading conditions.If you still find the trim wayyy too much nose 
down , then adjust the trim tab stop.There is nothing to it. Just bend it. Key 
is you can trim for slightly more than cruise and also for approach.

I will discuss the cg and w&b with my A&P monday. This issue really has me 
baffled. With the trim all the way up to the stop and at cruise ,she should be 
neutral ...? No weight has been added up front. I want her weighed and all the
