I am 6'2 also and weigh 230. Have a Lightweight headset and there is plenty of clearance. I bought the plastic from Skyport and had a metal frame. It fits in the overhead and slides on the same track as the main windows. Is a 3rd of window.
Not sure where you can buy the frames. Maybe Skyport sells the entire unit.
