No, but someone could take two thin steel plates, a couple wire ties, thread them through the gap between the stabilizer and the elevator, and basically make a gust lock for the elevator to which you could attach the magnetic lights. That's what I mean by ingenuity. The suction cups don't do very well, IMO.
