Those two factory holes should be the 13˚ up-limit hole and the 9˚ up-
limit hole.

As I remember, the description of the 1320 STC said the same 9˚ up travel
limit was called for by that STC as is used for the 415-D. It was initially
presented to me as making all the significant changes to make the plane a
415-D except that the gross weight would only increase to 1320 pounds.

What in the actual text of the STC specifies some other up travel limit
that requires a control wheel shaft hole other than the 13˚ or 9˚ holes?
What up travel is specified in the STC?
