There is a set location for inspection plates on an ercoupe's wings. There are 
a lot of them.
For your recover, use poly fiber (stits). Both this and Ceconite process use 
the same (except for the stamps) underlying fabric. Ceconite is a little more 
difficult to use, is much more flammable, and not as durable as Stits.. I have 
a little experience with covering so if you have any questions, please feel
