Hey there, good to hear from you. Nice to see you have some info for us. I was hoping the plane had be registerd in the US for test flying or so. The records I have state it was imported to the Netherlands from Belgium december 1947. You are correct for the date readings. every time I work on a US registerd plane I alway write the name of the month to make shure it is understoud.
The plane is stil a CD really a conversion model because the dataplate has the "D" stamped in later. . The curent owner is Rob Maatman, who said he would become a member of the group to. Tomorrow I wil get the complete history as it is pressent at this time. I don't know if anything is missing. If you need any data, please let me know, you can also e-mail me direct. I have e-mailed to oklahoma, and they said it was exported to Belgium in 1994, but they would see if they could find any official records. Thanks for your info of our little plane's history.
