Jack is correct; although the ad is somewhat misleading, 
but technically correct.
All "natural" C models are LSA compliant (WRB verify 
please), but there seems to be a growing number of 
questionable C models out there.

A C model converted to D and then back to C is a perfectly 
legal and legitimate C.  BUT it is not LSA compliant.
