If you will note he says in the text that is a 415 C/D.
I bet it was converted basically to the letter of note 3, TCDS 718 which says
to alter the data plate (now a NO-NO)
Note 3 says nothing about updating the airworthiness certificate or
registration.
I suspect it is a C converted to a D with an original airworthiness
certificate and possibly registration.
To me the fellow is being up front, the not LSA is in bold red and he explains
the 1400 lbs gross
