If you've been Coupes around long enough, you know that it was once popular to gripe that folks were dishonestly selling so-called "D" models that were really "C" models because the airworthiness certificates said they were '"C" not "D." Down in the ad he states it is not a LSA model, but knowing from experience that some folks don't read the entire ad they just look at the headline, it is possible for it to be sold as a C. I have sent him 2 messages suggesting he change the headline to say it is what it is. His reply has been that the data plate says it is a Model C. My interpretation is that he is purposely misadvertising the plane.
