It is my understanding that the O-200 STC requires the aircraft be converted to a 415-D. Therefore, if you see an O-200 equipped Ercoupe advertised as an LSA eligible C or CD, it is highly likely the airplane is NOT LSA legal, because it would have been certified at 1400 lbs at some point in its life.
