Dear List,
I've just taken delivery of some topographic maps in the above projection.
However, I need to convert coordinates on these maps to UTM on WGS 84. I've
just completed an Internet search for these parameters but have been unable
to find any details. All I know is that the RSO projection is also known as
the Hotine Oblique Mercator.
Can anyone please tell me what the parameters are? I need:
Origin Lat, Long
False origin Easting, Northing
Centre point Lat, Long
Great circle azimuth (or 2nd point Lat, Long)
Possibly also a central line scale factor.
