Info requested - large mosaics

Hi,
There have been some reports of ER Mapper throwing up a
"Cannot read" error when processing large mosaics -
either printing, compressing, or writing tiles.

We are trying to nail down the source and scope of the problem
(so we can fix it :),
and would appreciate any information concerning this problem.

Please be sure to include the following -
OS and machine details (memory etc)
Is the data local or running across a network
Is the problem repeatable
What was the actual processing involved (printing,compressing,tiling etc)
A copy of the alg if possible
Version of ER Mapper being used
