Twinkies are, of course, highly porous, and thus would tend to soak up
nearly any liquid oxidizer -- see my other post.  I'd also be pretty
surprised if sucrose weren't at least somewhat soluble in HTP -- you can
dissolve an immense amount of the stuff in plain water (the Mountain Dew
that I drink is about 40% sugar by weight).
