I haven't checked the numbers but is this 60 liters per minute based on
breathing 1 Atm air? After all even the most basic regulator must supply a
hard breathing diver at 100+ ft where you consume several times the mols for
the same effort. I guess the volume measurement wouldn't change but as I
recall most regs are not volume volume@pressure limited.

Getting an airfill at DDWP is about $5. The occasionally have used Catalina
80s for about $70.

Of course a scuba regulator (first stage) is the opposite of light.
