How much air do you need? You could easily and inexpensively bring a few
scuba tanks to a launch site and fill from them. I presume you only need a
few cubic feet per launch. Using a whip adapter this is easily done. And the
air is as dry as it's going to get. They can't afford steel tank owners
getting water in their tanks. Nor would it be good to have pooled
condensation all of a sudden rush down the regulator. The thought alone.....
