         I think he got it right on when he said 'There are no nice 
oxidizers'. I'd think his comments about SSTOs would be even more 
controversial here. I think he's probably right for low flight rates 
(<1/day or so), but as your flight rate climbs, recovery and re-integration 
is likely to eat an increasingly large segment of of your budget, and 
development & manufacturing a decreasing amount. His comments on the 
vibration problems are well taken -- the vibration environment in a rocket 
is hell compared to even the roughest airplane.
