just 2 small things
a swirl sufficent to mix propellants would be a "Bad Thing" (TM pat pend) in
a rocket with a single motor, the torque it would put on the rocket would
probbably be signficant. i think it may be better to have the configuration
is something of a dome shape with fuel being injected above the mix point of
the generators, this would however lead to an oxygen rich wall which is also
not a good thing.

the gas generators could well interact given that the speed of sound in the
chamber is high and the flow velocity is relitivly slow it depending on a
whole bunch of stuff it could set up a sort of "side to side" chuffing only
faster more like a resonance, going on a gut feeling here but i think that
would be much more pronounced with fewer larger generators. AFAIKR the V2
had many many quite small "generators" .
