I was under the impression that Ky Michaelson did exactly that (bought
OTS) for his peroxide rocket go-kart, among others; in fact, I recall
seeing a web page a year or two ago for a company that sold silver
catalyst peroxide motors and advertised them in stock for immediate
shipment (which sounds like OTS to me). And no, I don't recall the
company name or URL at this time, but one might find it with a Google
search.
