A material that is catalytic at elevated temperatures will, at the very least, form small bubbles and otherwise demonstrate incompatibility with peroxide at room temperature. Elevated temperatures will only increase the rate of catalytic decomposition that is already occurring, not cause catalytic decomposition to start where it previously did not occur. We should cross off our list anything that's a class I or II material with peroxide, because it simply does not display substantial catalytic activity.
