You probably should consider shaking you equipment for an hour or two in an environmental test chamber before launch.
I'm reading the Mil-HDBK on electronics reliability now, so maybe we can skip a lesson or two...Yes, IRC there's also some coverage in Huzel and Huang 'Design of Liquid Propellent Rocket Engines' of connectors and so forth; check it out if you have it.
