At the velocity at which you observed negative peaks, was the velocity high enough for drag to produce the negative G? If the answer is yes, then the data may very well reflect reality. However, negative G would drain all propellant from the plumbing and draw it to the top of the tank, resulting in premature MECO, so I suspect that you are correct in your judgement that the negative G spikes are spurious. I want to see what we get on the test stand.
