they are an open source group that have plans (and kits) for 20Mhz digital
ocilloscope complete kit runs to $395

anyway they have some funky A/D boards in order to do this and i was
thinking perhaps you could stick them (the A/D boards) onto your gyro's and
acceleromiters etc sample them way over their bandwidth and you should
remove all doubt (also probbably help with noise too)
