Not yet, anyway.  Peroxide supply may force the issue.  It would be
great if it didn't.

If peroxide supply were not a problem, do we have the vehicles to take
both Spike and POGO to MTA?

Another issue is that we need to be able to fly at MTA more than once
a month, which means joining RRS.  I don't see this as a serious
problem.
