I went up to $20MM because that is the one space flight price point we have hard data for.

Walt Anderson publicly stated at the SFF conference that the price was actually $12m-$15m, depending on various things, not $20m. I had heard that from several people before, and just assumed that it was good marketing to publicly talk about $20m, so prospective customers feel like they are getting a deal.
