        The required throttle differentials for control in reasonable wind
speeds are so low that I really don't see how this is a serious concern.

        If you have a controllable remote dump or just get lucky.

        That is such an obvious crock that I can't believe anyone in ERPS ever
thought it workable.

        In the general case, yes. In the specific case of POGO, it's not worth
a whole lot. It's very hard to imagine a failure scenario that affects
only one of the POGO's engines -- most of the loss of thrust scenarios
will kill all of the engines.
