I think not having a confirmation is dangerous, I can press the wrong
button and see all my stuff disappear.
But changes are not saved unless you confirm by pressing the Save
button. And if you are satisfied with all the changes you made, you will
need to go into the configuration page and save the configuration
explicitly into persistent storage.
