OK I tried that, and until I move the log mediator above the send mediator, it did not log anything. I am not sure why I had to move it up.
BTW, clicking + in front of Send Mediator gives the feeling that I am adding something into the send mediator. My first instinct was that I should clink + in front of Out mediator to add the log into out mediator. Seems like there is some semantic mapping problem in the UI.
