Well, in my case, I was adding few mediators inside out mediator, and I
accidentally click on the delete button in front of Out mediator and all
the mediators that were within were lost along with the out mediator. So
if I spent some time coming up with the sequence of mediators inside the
out mediator, I would rather not loose all of them unintentionally, so I
suppose we need some confirmation.
