If I want to do some UI work this weekend can I use the current trunk or do you need to check in first?

I wanted to check-in the trunk today but I had to deal with an emergency at
a customer site, I'll check-in either on Monday or or on the weekend.

I agree, I think modal dialogs and inline conversations would be
really good, but I think it would make sense to get the new UI into
trunk so we can work on stabilizing it and working out bugs. Then work
on modal dialogs and inline conversations in separate branches until
they are stable, then merge them into trunk.

I didn't quite get the first example?
You want to display the conversations in a popup window?
The inline function for conversations is also jquery so why not implement
that?

I agree we should definitely use JQuery more, but still think we should
focus on finishing the (static) UI first and then take it from there.
Or we could of course work in parallel? I finish one (static) page and
you/someone else continues with the jquery?

I've got a few ideas for the UI. I'd like to use JQuery functionality
more:

For example:

 - For conversations, inline would be better but before we get
implement
 that - what about this:
 http://example.nemikor.com/loading-a-page-into-a-dialog/ .
- For our dialogs (sign, creating actions, creating tracks, creating
tokens, selecting streams, etc.), what about using the modal form
dialog (
 http://jqueryui.com/demos/dialog/#modal-form). This would lead to
cleaner
 UI without tabs
 - Use modal dialog for user settings.
