Those of us wishing to use Étoilé on touch-screen devices (tablets,
PDAs, etc) don't. By all means, make use of additional mouse buttons
if they exist, but do not require them.
Oh, I've also never seen a multi-button trackpad on a laptop that
isn't a complete pain to use.
