Well, I removed the setup.sh mention from the INSTALL instructions since the 
script is currently unsupported.

Yes, producing a desktop system is still on the roadmap :-) We should have some 
user-visible stuff to present next year.

I would recommend to avoid Azalea for now. It is unsupported and will soon be 
removed from Étoilé svn trunk. 

May be we should even move Azalea to branches/Deprecated now. Any objections?
