Push buttons could probably improved a bit, the gradients don't always  
blend perfectly at all sizes iirc.

Pop up buttons have to be implemented properly in order to match  
Nesedah theme. The drawing doesn't seem to use the images bundled in  
Nesedah.theme/PopupButton. Implementing polished look for the popup  
buttons means to limit their height at a fixed value. If we don't  
force the frame to have a fixed height, it also implies to restrict  
the area where events are handled/tracked. May be Nicolas has some  
ideas about the best way to implement that?
