The Taiwan Fujis are TYs...as are the HPs that br0thercr0w mentioned. Again, the tell-tale sign is the off-yellow nut on top. Plus, the ATIP information for HPs and Taiwan Fujis is the same. They're Taiyo Yudens. I don't know how simpler it can get.
As far as the consensus...I'm slightly skeptical on that too. I'll send you Taiwan Fujis (they're TYs, remember), tell you they're from Japan, and you'll never know the difference. Why?
