Have you considered using one computer to play (not broadcast via network) to wireless speakers? There may be a way to use one computer to broadcast the output from the sound card via wireless xmission (radio) to a reciever connected to various stereo units in your home/office. You would basicly be setting up a personal radio station using your pc based jukebox, The signal would be low enough not to disturb others, but hopefully enough signal to reach all your output devices (stereos).
