So I've been using Blackbox for some time now, but discovered that ghostview's
interface doesn't want to work when run in Blackbox. I tested this on two very
different boxes running slightly different versions of OpenBSD.

So I figured I would try FVWM (it comes with OpenBSD). Ghostview runs fine in FVWM
for me so I spend a few hours setting up my desktop to be attractive and convenient
for me. Then I discovered that launching many of the applications I use in FVWM
didn't seem to work right. Konqueror didn't want to except the geometry arguments I
gave it, and running ppp from the main menu froze the desktop (it could be killed with
Ctrl-Alt-Backspace). I also tried putting my commands in shell scripts with the same
results.

If anybody can tell me how to make ghostview work correctly in Blackbox, or how to
make FVWM2 2.2.5 (included with OpenBSD) run commands correctly from it's menu
(specifically 'konqueror -geometry 1024x768' and 'ppp -background dialup'; I use thes
same commands from the blackbox menu), I would be very grateful. All I want is a
simple WM, KDE and Gnome are way to much for me. But I want to be able to make it
attractive. I preffer blackbox.
