Excellent. I have enjoyed watching VMD over the past few years, it is always amazing to see the new research using those amazing visualizations; and it seems that there is a deep wealth of domain-specific optimizations in the codebase, as well as a lot of work to develop great new features for the VMD as a whole.
Please do post any other great finds you happen across... I for one am curious!
