I should have mentioned I too had a billing issue. My bill was way off, and I
was away in dc for a month, so they cut it off as it was amost $200 (for less
than 2 months service??? So when I got back, my service was offline, which
was quite inconvenient for me, but theres alway EFN :)
Before they tried sending to to collections, they did correct the bill (aprox
$75) which was the correct amount, its unfortunate that they shut my service
down for $75, or I would have been a customer for another 2 months before
moving out here.
