We've been very happy with our hosting at Willamette.NET, I think. Current machine uptime is 426 days. Apache was restarted on November 30th; I don't know why. Since we're beggars, not choosers, I don't think we can specify any particular SLA. (Of course, people who pay real money can't really guarantee uptime either; they just improve the odds.)
