Yes, any state university in the country that gives a degree
clearly demonstrates the ability of the student to patiently
jump thru arbitrary hoops consistantly for 4 years.
I found that often when I was hiring support staff and
programmers for PEAK who did not have degrees, that they were
the ones who could not patiently work thru the problem
in the space that were not "ideal". IE, the undegreed were the
first to fly off the handle when something did not fit thier
world view.
