I've never used the app, but from their website, they do support this
kind of requirement:

http://www.conventionist.com/features/
(click on "Event schedules"; the screenshot shows all talks
for a given time slot)

If that's not what you are referring to, I'd suggest asking whether
they could add such a view on the event to their app:

http://www.conventionist.com/contact/

It's much easier to enhance an existing app, than to write one
from scratch - esp. if others can take of this for you ;-)

Anyway, just a suggestion.
