Yes, this was worthless. I wasn't interested in a list of all talks that were at 11:00 and then a different one for those who were listed at 11:15 -- the important thing was to know that if you were in the talk at 11:00 you couldn't be at the talk at 11:15, so what you need is a nice chart that shows precisely how the talks overlap. >If that's not what you are referring to, I'd suggest asking whether >they could add such a view on the event to their app: > >http://www.conventionist.com/contact/ I asked about that at PyCon, and was told (by a PyCon organiser -- I didn't email the app people myself) that they didn't want to use displays that you had to zoom to use. It was very frustrating, since another problem that I, and other Samsung Android users had was that when we were in a heavily populated area, we lost internet connectivity. Which meant I couldn't get the schedule in the browser window, either. >It's much easier to enhance an existing app, than to write one >from scratch - esp. if others can take of this for you ;-) > >Anyway, just a suggestion. > >-- >Marc-Andre Lemburg >eGenix.com Laura _______________________________________________ Europython-improve mailing list Europython-improve@python.org http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/europython-improve
