Yes, we were aware of this app. In fact, since we read Charlie's email (or was it a blog post? anyway...), we have been in touch with the company behind that application, and we are trying to find out a solution that can work out for EuroPython. In a word, it looks like it won't be free for us. At the same time, we were going to follow the progress of the free applications that are being developed by the volunteers here.
