Sorry, I'm getting confused here - does someone from outside (the country) need to have a look at/confirm venues? I thought that's what the local team was for, among other things.
Anyway, I know most of the venues you listed and can already tell you that some are not suitable at all, either because of limited size or because of location. I don't know what the budget is for EP, so can't give an opinion on prices. (; But anyway, I'm not part of the team who proposed Vienna (and personally think it's a bold move, especially considering the local Python community is comparatively small). Best, k.
