FH Technikum, for example, is way, WAY to small, and the Pyramide hotel you
linked to isn't even in Vienna.

I can't think of any other venue at the top of my head for a tech event of
this size and don't currently have the time to go researching either, sorry.
(Exams looming.)

I don't feel in the position to speak for PyUGAT, to be honest. As I said, I'm
not sure the local Python community is involved in the proposal - or even
aware of it.
