You guys aren't still buying into this are you? You did read the part where
he claims that his box basically collects and amplifies static
electricity...right? You do realize that it isn't possible to power a car
this way...right?

This is sort of like saying that you are going to power a hydroelectric dam
by collecting and amplifying humidity...except the humidity thing has a
chance of actually working.

For those of you who slept through physics, collecting static electricity
requires friction. You are basically forcibly stripping electrons from
their molecules. It doesn't matter if the molecules are air or whatever, it
takes more energy to strip them off than they produce (what do you know, the
laws of thermodynamics are still in effect).
Secondly electricity (including static) requires a positive and a negative
in order to flow, collecting the electrons static) gives us the negative but
where is the positive? Full marks if you realize it is the earth which
means some way of grounding a moving vehicle (more friction).
Thirdly amplification REQUIRES energy. It CONSUMES energy. It does not
INCREASE energy.
I won't even get into the fact that static electricity is a surface charge
that normally collects on the outsides of non-conductors.

The man is a fraud, let it rest.
