According to GPL-31XT specs I found online :

Bulk Charge Voltages: 14.20 - 14.60
Absorbtion Charge Voltages: 14.20 - 14.60

East Penn recommends a lower voltage, 14.0 volts at 70-80 deg F, for
charging their gel batteries.

Personally, I think that's a bit low. I've used 14.3v with the Dominators
in my GE Elec-trak tractor for over 10 years and they're still serving well,
though I haven't done any capacity tests lately.

However, if Delta-Q is following East Penn's docs to the letter, your
charger may undercharge your AGMs. Long-term, that would lead to sulfation
and thus reduced capacity. I suggest you charge them while monitoring on-
charge voltage, and make sure that it reaches at least 14.2 volts per module
while on charge.

One of Delta-Q's designers, Roger Stockton, is on this list. He can
probably tell you more about profiles for your charger and how to change
them (if it's possible). Over to you, Roger. ;-)
