The typical advice for an electronically-controlled/automatic type charger is that to perform an equalise you let the charger run to completion, then restart the charger and let it run a second time. Just how much additional charge this will deliver to the battery will depend on the profile that the charger uses, but this is generally your only option for an automatic charger.
