If you see the "About us" (or read on their main page) the statement: "CALiB Power is an authorized independent US service and sales center for CALB" then I think the relation is clear. When you click the Products tab you see the SE*** products, when you click the "Contact us" tab you see an email address [email protected] and phone nrs, so I see no problem to find a way to buy from them, though there probably are other ways as well.
