Hi,
I'm going to push the limits for the first time.
I have a 60 mi. (almost exactly) commute, almost entirely freeway miles.  I
must do (at least) 65 mph, and there is a side road, should I need it on the
way home.
Basically, I'm asking the experienced LEAF drivers to voice their experience.
I know my power consumption will be significantly higher than my usual around
town usage, so I'm charging to the full 100% level, which is, (according to the
guess-o-meter), 85 mi. range, giving me ample spare mileage.  I may have a
couple of hours to slurp some 110 at my destination.
Place your bets, fellow EVers!  Think she will do it, or will I be calling for
towing the last 7 mi?
Appreciatively,

Thinking about converting a gen. 5 ('92-95) Honda Civic? See
http://home.budget.net/~bbath/CivicWithACord.html for DVD and tons more info!

Would you still drive your car if the tailpipe came out of the steering wheel?

Not so much that it is a bad idea, seeing that Better Place is in its
death spiral,   but the proper application.

This FLEET of delivery trucks ( aka UPS ) might have the right niche.
