Yikes! You have my sympathy for your restrictive traffic laws. Around here most expressways are posted "45 mph minimum," or have no minimum speed posted at all. I have never had any problems driving 50-55 in 60-65mph zones. I don't consider having a lot of folks passing me to be a problem, though I know some do. I try to avoid rush hours for obvious reasons. At other times I'm seldom alone in the right lane, though often my company is large, heavy trucks - regrettable, since many of them emit unsettling quantites of thick, oily diesel exhaust.
